Consent and communication
One choice should not
become every choice.
LatheredNBeauty separates an inquiry from appointment confirmation, treatment consent, marketing permission, and testimonial approval.
01Inquiry acknowledgement
Submitting the website form asks LatheredNBeauty to contact you. It does not reserve an appointment or provide treatment consent.
02Appointment confirmation
A date and time become confirmed only after the treatment, price, timing, location, and applicable policies are agreed directly.
03Treatment consent
Any treatment-specific consent, suitability review, and disclosure process must occur separately before service. A website checkbox is not a substitute.
04Operational communication
Messages needed to answer an inquiry, confirm or manage an appointment, and provide relevant preparation or aftercare are separate from marketing.
05Marketing consent
Promotions, recurring rebooking campaigns, birthday offers, and similar marketing should activate only through an appropriate opt-in and include a practical way to stop future marketing.
06Testimonial permission
Private feedback is not permission to publish. Public use requires separate, clear approval of the wording, attribution, and any image or identifying information.
