The website and private portal are designed to use only the information needed for appointment coordination and client care operations.
Portal accounts
The private portal uses your signed-in email and display name to create an account and determine authorized access. It may store appointment status, requested timing, service history, contact preferences, and portal messages so clients and authorized technicians can coordinate care.
Consultation and health screening
The protected booking workflow stores the consultation answers, contraindication screening responses, selected permissions, and electronic signatures needed to review treatment suitability and document consent. Access is limited to the signed-in client and authorized technician operations. Do not send additional diagnoses, emergency information, medical documents, or unrelated health records through portal messages. Medical concerns should be directed to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
Access and retention
Portal records are restricted by signed-in role. Clients may access their own workspace; technician access is separately authorized. Operational records are retained while needed for account, appointment, service, and legal purposes, then should be removed or anonymized when no longer required.
Marketing consent
Operational appointment messages and marketing are treated separately. Rebooking invitations, promotions, and similar marketing workflows remain disabled unless an appropriate consent process is connected.
Analytics and advertising
No business analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing tools are currently activated through this build. If those tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated first.
Private location
The service location is not published on the website. Location and arrival information are shared directly after an appointment is confirmed.
External services
Portal sign-in, email, Instagram, and other outside services are governed by those services’ own privacy and security practices.
